Description of Service Sonaria is a non-commercial, server-synced radio station and music catalog platform that streams AI-generated music from the Suno platform. The Service includes: - A 24/7 radio station synced across all listeners - A browsable catalog of songs - A community radio station powered by user uploads - Audio-reactive visualizer - Playlist browsing and playback - Discord bots ("Sonaria Music" and "Sonaria Radio") that play catalog songs and relay the radio stations into Discord voice channels ## 3. Content and Intellectual Property ### Song Content All songs available on Sonaria are AI-generated through the Suno platform. Song metadata, cover art, and audio are sourced from Suno's CDN. We do not claim ownership of any musical content. ### User Uploads When you upload a song or playlist URL to Sonaria, you confirm that: - The content is publicly accessible on Suno - You have the right to share the URL - The upload does not violate any third-party rights ### Platform Ownership The Sonaria platform code, design, branding, and infrastructure are owned by Jumpino Art. The source code is available on GitHub. ## 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service - Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk - Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights - Circumvent any security or access controls - Use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission ## 5. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: - Uninterrupted availability of the Service - Accuracy of song metadata or cover art - Compatibility with all devices or browsers - That uploaded content will remain permanently available ## 6. Limitation of Liability Sonaria is a non-commercial, passion-driven project. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. ## 7. Third-Party Services Sonaria relies on third-party services including Suno (content), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and hosting providers. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by these services. ### Discord Bots Sonaria offers two optional Discord bots: **Sonaria Music** (plays catalog songs and playlists on demand in voice channels) and **Sonaria Radio** (relays the Sonaria radio stations into a voice channel). By inviting either bot to your Discord server you agree that: - The bots stream the same AI-generated Suno content available on the Service - Server members control where the bots play; removing a bot from your server stops all activity immediately - Use of the bots is also governed by Discord's own [Terms of Service](https://discord.com/terms) and Community Guidelines - The bots are provided "as is" — availability follows the same disclaimers as the rest of the Service ## 8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. ## 9.
